Working towards sustainability

We’re working hard to find solutions to make our products from more sustainable materials by 2030. In fact, some of the products you know and love are already made with recycled and renewable materials! We’re leaving no stone unturned in our mission to make our products more sustainable. We are currently using lots of recycled, recyclable and re-usable products currently, any changes in the future will be made to ensure that our products remain safe and durable and as always any major changes will be communicated and shared with you.

Cardboard

All our Cardboard is made from recyclable materials and can be recycled after use.

Plastic Bags

The products which have a plastic bag protector are made with recyclable materials and can be recycled after use.

Latex

We source our Latex from renewable, reliable and verified sources and the whole process is renewable.

ABS

Nylon Threads

Once again a challenge for us to convert over to a sustainable replacement.

Paper

Any paper used for packaging or inners is made from recyclable materials and can be recycled after use.

ABS Products

Our Approach

We are working in a way to increase the amount of renewable input in the materials we buy. Our suppliers mix virgin fossil sources with certified renewable sources for our ABS Products

This approach helps us to start the transition to using more and more renewable raw materials. Our ambition is that by 2030, our ABS products will be made from more materials that are renewable or recycled. We will continue to work with our suppliers to develop solutionsso that we cn continue to supply you with a more sustainable product.

Behind The Scenes

Our committed manufacturers have been testing multiple materials in our mission to make our products more sustainable. Some materials will work, others won’t – that’s the nature of testing. But any material we use must always meet our rigorous safety, quality and durability standards so we can maintain our standards to achieve our CE and UKCA Marks.

Our Distibutors

We are working hard with our distributors and suppliers to ensure they are using the best and most sustainable way of getting our goods to us and us getting them to you.

We are working closely with them to lower our carbon footprint and will continue to work with them to achieve all our aims of providing a greener transport system.
